The SpeedMarker FL is a galvanometer-based marking system which is powered by a fiber laser. This system stands for rapid processing speed and top precision as well as highest durability of the realised markings on a broad range of materials.

The SpeedMarker FL laser source is a state-of-the-art fiber laser which means that the laser is very robust (”all-in-fiber-design”), compact and efficient. Whereas the emission wavelength is comparable to a normal YAG laser (1064nm), lifetime and reliability of a fiberlaser are significantly higher. The SpeedMarker FL can be easily integrated into existing production lines, even if the available amount of space is very limited. However, the SpeedMarker FL can also be operated as a stand-alone solution when combined with the specially designed workstation.

By introducing the SpeedMarker FL, we once again set a benchmark in terms of reliability, performance and profitability. The SpeedMarker FL is increasingly used for high-speed marking of metals and for realisation of colour change on plastics. Annealing of steels can be done with outstanding quality due to the special characteristics of the used fiber laser. It is also possible to mark moving workpieces (”Marking on the Fly”). Customers come from differing industries - amongst other - the automotive, medical and electronic industry.
